Activities on the JLA website that are described as “priority setting in association with the JLA” are priority setting exercises supported by a JLA Adviser but without adhering to the full PSP JLA methodology outlined in the Guidebook. The reasons for them not being a full JLA PSP vary. It is for the JLA Adviser who acts as the quality assurer of the work to decide where a priority setting exercise deviates enough from the full methodology to warrant it becoming an “in association with” exercise rather than a full JLA PSP.
