Type of research; start off with systematic review (Cochrane review is for hip only at present) study needs to be longer term to capture disease progression, cohort and there is a registry of people with OA (non replacement) that could be used?
Population; all people with early OA
Outcomes; difficult to measure disease progression? Important to measure harms
