Original uncertainty examples For full examples, see Category ID T21 on spreadsheet. Is Bipolar (is diagnosis specific) peer support better(more useful) than unspecified lived experience of mental health problems/services? ~ Does going to meetings with other people who have been diagnosed as having bipolar help or not? ~ How effective is 'low level' care in improving outcomes / minimising duration of episodes - i.e. can assistance with practical aspects of daily living (cooking, cleaning, childcare, companionship, assistance with paperwork) make a difference to the severity and duration of episodes and increase the duration of 'stable' periods? ~ How can I link in with others with the condition without being negatively affected by their difficult periods? ~ Since bipolar implies up and down on a pretty regular basis - will there ever be sufficient background support available to cope with those bad highs and lows?
